1) Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of first purchase if you're not satisfied and have not excessively used premium features.

2) How to request

Email billing@thuto.ai with your name, account email, and Paystack reference. Refunds are processed to the original method within 5–10 business days.

3) Non-refundable

• Renewals after the 7-day window
• Accounts with substantial premium usage during the period
